Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

For service cancellations, refunds will be calculated based on work completed and will be processed according to the terms specified in your service agreement.
